Techniques for Journaling

 These are the few of the many techniques that I used for Journaling during my Self Discovery:  1.Morning Pages * : Write first thing in the morning to clear your mind and set intentions for the day ahead.  2. Dialogue with Yourself: Write a conversation between your conscious and subconscious mind. I know that this doesn't sound right to some, but it hearing your own voice speaking to you as a third person definitely helps you to better understand yourself and hear your own opinion.  3. Gratitude Log: Write down things you're grateful for each day. This helps you to remain positive and grateful, allowing you to be content with what you have going in your life.  4. Self-Inquiry Questions: Ask yourself questions like "What am I proud of?" or "What triggers stress?" This will help you discover your strengths and weaknesses much better.  5.
